A PC based software package designed for use with both ChipMaster Compact Pro and LinearMaster Compact Pro. CompactLink connects via a serial interface to the Compact Pro, and allows bi-directional transfer of test results, library updates and operating software updates.
Product software updates can be downloaded from the Internet and programmed into either Chipmaster of Linermaster Compact Pro unit
New IC tests can be developed using a variety of programming methods and added to the unit library
Existing tests can be copied and modified to suit special applications, or as models for new tests
